Product Specialist (Contractor)

About the Role 

We’re looking for a SaaS Product Specialist who thrives at the intersection of client success and early-stage sales. You must like helping customers win, understand how to qualify and guide inbound sales inquiries and confidently represent our product from first conversation through long-term adoption. 

It’s a great training ground for future roles in business development, sales, marketing, or customer success. This role is ideal for someone who needs a flexible entry-level role or who has experience in any of the above areas and is specifically interested in part-time work.

You’ll be a point of contact for prospective and existing clients, generating leads, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, driving product value, and supporting revenue growth through thoughtful engagement. You’ll get the opportunity to try a lot of things at a small, nimble company and figure out what you’re best at.
