Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Vice President to join our executive leadership team. This role will lead the management team and support the company’s vision by overseeing all aspects of operations, growth, and strategic planning. Reporting directly to the co-presidents, the VP will be instrumental in driving the company’s objectives, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the co-presidents to set and implement organizational vision and strategic priorities.
Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
Build and maintain trusting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders through high-quality project delivery.
Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to ensure financial health.
Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and team satisfaction.
Oversee company operations and employee productivity and engagement, building a highly inclusive, collaborative, and empowerment culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.
Track performance metrics, ensuring that all departments meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
10+ years of experience in software or technology, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop strong relationships at all levels.
Strategic and analytical thinker with a results-oriented approach.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
