Don Stavneak is one of the founders of Volano. He does a little bit of everything across the organization to help make sure our teams are successful for our clients. Before starting Volano, Don designed and built software systems from the ground up. Don loves coding so much that he can still be found at coffee shops on nights or weekends working on pet projects just for fun. He also plays guitar and piano and enjoys playing cards with friends. In the community, Don has been involved in various tech initiatives, school PTO as well as Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. Don and his wife, real estate developer Julie Stavneak, have four children – Sullivan, Lucia, Joslyn, and Hazel – who are around the house less and less, leaving Don and Julie with their family dog, Margo Rita. Don and Julie love to entertain family and friends at their house in midtown and enjoy date nights at their favorite restaurants and bars.
