Some might say Jill Smith’s title should be “Ambassador of Goodness” due to the gifts she bestows on the Volano team on a weekly basis including baked goods, making popcorn in the office popcorn machine, stocking soda in the fridge, and making sure the liquor cabinet is well-curated. She’s also responsible for accounting, which includes payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Jill has managed the accounting for Volano for over five years. She’s married to co-founder Rod Smith. Prior to joining the team, Jill managed a dental office for many years and also stayed at home for a period of time to raise her three daughters. Jill’s favorite things to do are baking, boating, and bicycling.
