After working for over 20 years in the healthcare industry, Michelle Conelly decided to join Volano in 2018. Her healthcare management experience has made her a natural fit for managing people and projects and creating and implementing new processes for employees and clients. In short, Michelle keeps our projects running smoothly, which keeps our clients happy. Michelle enjoys working at Volano because of the relationships she has built and because her work is different every day. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys playing cards and hosting game nights when she is not at a dance or show choir competition. Michelle and her significant other, Ron, have 4 children, 1 cat, and 1 dog.
After 20 years in healthcare I had an opportunity to join Volano, and I would say this was one of the best decisions of my life!
