At Volano, we have learned that word-of-mouth is powerful. It helps our business grow and can help us gain new talented employees too. That’s where you come in (and you can earn some cash by helping us). We are looking to fill new roles here at Volano and if you’re the one to refer our new employee you could earn $2,500. Of course, there are some stipulations that come with this so be sure to read all the rules below.

Rules for Referral
You must use the referral form on our website to submit a candidate.
The first person to refer a candidate will be able to earn the referral reward.
You must inform your candidate that you’ve referred them before we contact them. We’ll likely want to ask a few basic interview questions, giving them a heads-up makes it less awkward for both of us.
If hired, your referral must remain under full-time employment for no less than 90 days. If the candidate leaves the company, for any reason, before 90 days have expired no referral reward will be issued.
Anyone can submit a referral! Employees, recruiters, friends, and family. As long as you are legally permitted to accept the referral reward you are eligible to submit a referral.
Some state and local laws apply to referral rewards. Please review before accepting a referral reward. Referral rewards may be subject to taxation. This will not be the responsibility of Volano Software.
